A sonic ritual fusing sound and ceremony to help you let go and look forward.
Direct from their performance at The Sydney Opera House, join founding psychologist of The Indigo Project, Mary Hoang, & composer Rich Lucano (Phondupe) in a sonic ritual designed to help you let go and look forward.
What are you holding onto that’s no longer serving you?
Fusing modern psychology, live ambient music and visualisation, you’ll lie down and take a colourful adventure through your mind as you are guided through a soundtracked journey, experienced with your eyes closed.
``In the process of letting go, you will lose many things from the past, but you will find yourself.``

As the founding psychologist of The Indigo Project, Mary is tearing down the walls of traditional psychology and finding inventive ways to help people navigate life. Mary has recently released her first novel, Darkness Is Golden: A Guide To Personal Transformation And Dealing With Life’s Messiness.
