Ceremony: A Letting Go Ritual

SOLD OUT |
SAT 17th & SUN 18th APRIL

A sonic ritual fusing sound and ceremony to help you let go and look forward.

Direct from their performance at The Sydney Opera House, join founding psychologist of The Indigo Project, Mary Hoang, & composer Rich Lucano (Phondupe) in a sonic ritual designed to help you let go and look forward.

What are you holding onto that’s no longer serving you?

Fusing modern psychology, live ambient music and visualisation, you’ll lie down and take a colourful adventure through your mind as you are guided through a soundtracked journey, experienced with your eyes closed.

Exploring your emotions, beliefs and thoughts, this is an opportunity to process your baggage, heal, and clear a path for your future, free from the weight of the past.

Join us for this very special ceremony, followed by some time to connect on our beautiful Surry Hills rooftop.

``In the process of letting go, you will lose many things from the past, but you will find yourself.``
